CM Revanth Reddy Lays Foundation Stone For Construction Of Future City
Hyderabad, Sept 28 (Maxim News): CM Revanth Reddy laid the foundation stone for the ambitious Future City project being undertaken by the Congress government on Sunday September 28.
He laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Future City Development Authority (FCDA) building in Meerkhanpet, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy district. A 7.29 acre plot of land in Meerkhanpet within the scope of Future City has been allotted to FCDA. Out of this, the CM performed the ground breaking ceremony for the FCDA building being constructed on an area of 2.11 acres and the construction of the Greenfield Radial Road-1 to be constructed from Raviryal to Amangal.
Deputy CM Bhatti Vikaramarka, ministers Sridhar babu, Adluri Laxman, CM Advisor Vem narender Reddy and others participated in this grand program. Meanwhile, the government has prepared plans for ‘Bharat Future City’ with world-class standards in Hyderabad, it will be developed to control the growing population, traffic and pollution in the greater Hyderabad metropolis.
As part of this, the Future City Development Authority is being set up. This advanced city will be built on about 30 thousand acres with a total area of 765 square kilometers. This city will be spread over 7 mandals and 56 revenue villages under 3 Assembly constituencies. The government says that Future City will become key to promoting balanced regional development in line with the increasing migration and development to the metropolis.
The government will implement a ‘single window system’ to avoid delay in infrastructure projects. All types of clearances such as building construction, layouts, and industrial permits will be available at one place in the FCDA office. This is a new change towards good governance. The government claims that world-renowned companies and industries will come here to invest
There will be super-fast connectivity to check traffic jams. Transport connectivity is of utmost importance for metropolitan cities. In this direction, advanced infrastructure will be available in Bharat Future City. The government will build greenfield radial roads with a width of 100 meters connecting the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional ring Road (RRR). CM Revanth Reddy will perform the ground breaking ceremony for the 41.5 kilometer Radiat Road No. 1 from Raviryal to amanagal.
A new East-West Trunk Road will be constructed connecting the Srisailam and nagarjuna Sagar Highways along with radiat roads. Single-flow routes are being planned for faster travel without toll fees. Along with these, they will be connected to metro Phase 2-B. (Maxim News)
