Congress Fulfilled Six Decade Aspiration Of The People Of Telangana: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad, Dec 9 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the Congress government has fulfilled the aspiration of the people of Telangana for six decades.

CM Revanth Reddy virtually inaugurated the statues of Telangana Thalli installed in all the collectorates across the state from the Global Summit premises in Future City. The government has installed the statues of Telangana Thalli in 33 collectorates of the state at a cost of Rs. 5.8 corre. Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka and state ministers participated in the program.  The statues were constructed with a total height of 18 feet.

Speaking on the occasion, the CM said, “I am happy that the statues of Telangana Thalli are being unveiled.  On this day 9 December 9) in 2009, the process of forming Telangana began. The Congress government fulfilled the aspirations of the people for 6 decades. Every year on December 9, we celebrate the inauguration of Telangana Thalli. We have unveiled the statues to remember Telangana Thalli and start the work. The dream of an independent state has come true. The state is becoming number one in welfare and development. Sonia Gandhi has overcome many obstacles and given us a very special state.

The birth anniversary of the great leader Sonia Gandhi, who fulfilled the aspirations of the people, falls on December 9, which is a happy occasion for all of us.  Every year, along with the Telangana Thalli Avataram Diwas, the people of Telangana celebrate Sonia Gandhi’s birth anniversary.  The spirit of Sonia and Manmohan continues in our schemes and programs, said Revanth Reddy.  (Maxim News)
