The BRS leader’s remarks came in response to a post by Congress MP Karti P Chidambaram on X, who criticised Infosys for selling 53.46 acres of land in Attibele, Bengaluru, to the Puravankara Group for Rs 250 crore. Karti argued that land allotted at concessional rates for a defined purpose cannot be sold later at commercial prices and that both the land and proceeds should revert to the government.
