KTR Express Anger Over Illegal Arrest Of Thousands Of Auto Drivers

Hyderabad, Jan 3 (Maxim News): Auto drivers Union leaders, who have called for a siege of the assembly demanding the implementation of the promises, have expressed their anger over the illegal arrest of thousands of auto drivers and BRS working president KTR.

He alleged that the Congress government has been illegally arresting auto drivers and auto union leaders across the state since Friday. He criticized the detention of thousands of auto drivers in several police stations across the state as a wicked act.

He expressed anger that if the Congress Party’s stance of cheating the people by not fulfilling the promises made during the elections is questioned, it is being stifled with detentions and arrests. KTR demanded the immediate and unconditional release of the auto union leaders and auto brothers arrested across the state.

He said that the government should make a clear statement in the Assembly today, on the implementation of the promises made to the auto drivers. KTR made it clear that if the suicides of auto drivers are to continue, the promises made to them must be implemented immediately.  (Maxim News)
