According to the complaint, the accused identified himself as Syed Haider Hussain. He reportedly introduced himself as “Abdul Kalam OSD” and claimed he had strong links with high-ranking leaders in Delhi. The victim stated that he convinced her by showing photographs with government officials. He also claimed that he had worked as an OSD in Abdul Kalam’s office. Based on these claims, he assured her that he would “definitely give her a Group-1 job.”

The complainant told police that Syed Haider Hussain promised her a Group-1 job in 2022. As per the complaint, she paid Rs. 7 lakh to him. However, the exams were cancelled twice during that period.
