Ponnam Prabhakar Urges Fertilizer Supply to Farmers
Ponnam Prabhakar | Hyderabad, Jan 10 (Maxim News): Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar urged action.
Minister Prabhakar wants farmers to get fertilizers easily. Thus, no road protests should happen. Officials must monitor fields closely. They guide teams on the ground.
First, he held a review meeting. This occurred Saturday in Husnabad, Siddipet district. Agriculture, animal husbandry, and other officials joined. Next, he shared details. He talked with Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao. Also, he met three district collectors.
Ponnam Prabhakar | Focus on Oil Palm and Paddy Cultivation
No shortages exist now. However, farmer groups must deliver fertilizers directly. Cooperatives and women’s groups help too. Therefore, farmers avoid long queues. Officials ensure this.
Plans cover paddy farming. They include mechanization and schemes. Thus, execute them well. Soon, Chief Minister inaugurates an oil palm factory in Narmeta.
Meanwhile, train farmers with five-acre lands. Exclusive centers collect oil palm. By January 26, submit full reports from villages and mandals.
Boost for Poultry Industry
Study the Madhira pilot project. It boosts animal husbandry. Now, plan poultry sheds for every home. Deworming for goats hit 100 percent.
Great progress there. However, vaccinate cattle fully. Run camps to raise milk yield. DAOs, ADEOs, AEOs, vets, and others attended. This supports Telangana’s farm growth. (Maxim News)
