Telangana Rising 2047 To Be Showcased At Davos WEF 2026
Hyderabad, Jan 10 (Maxim News): Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to present the Telangana Rising 2047 vision at the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos with a strong focus on attracting investments that support state economic growth. He said the government remains fully committed to building a three trillion dollar economy through sustained reforms and global engagement.
The Chief Minister reviewed preparations for the World Economic Forum 2026, which will be held in Davos from January 19 to 23 under the theme “Spirit of Dialogue”. He stressed that Telangana Rising 2047, along with the CURE, PURE, and RARE plans, must be clearly explained to global investors and industry leaders. He said these plans aim to accelerate three tier economic growth by using Telangana’s existing strengths and future potential.
During the review, the Chief Minister also examined the progress of investment proposals and commitments secured at earlier Davos forums. He reviewed how investments attracted after the formation of the Praja Government over the last two years had moved on the ground. He also assessed the current status of investments announced during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025.
The Chief Minister said the Telangana Rising delegation would highlight the CURE, PURE, and RARE plans at Davos. He noted that these plans were designed to strengthen the economy while ensuring sustainability and inclusive growth. He added that the delegation must clearly explain how these strategies align with the long term Telangana Rising 2047 vision.
Meanwhile, he instructed officials to revisit past agreements signed with investors. He asked them to closely follow up on implementation and resolve any issues in investment grounding without delay. He said delays or procedural hurdles should not weaken investor confidence.
The Chief Minister also directed officials to ensure that the Telangana Rising vision document reaches global investors in a clear and effective manner. Therefore, the Telangana Rising delegation will hold extensive meetings and discussions with international investors and representatives of global institutions at Davos.
He said Telangana must use the Davos platform to present itself as a reliable and future ready investment destination. He added that continuous dialogue, transparency, and execution would remain key to achieving the Telangana Rising 2047 goals. (Maxim News)
