The MoU signing formalised collaboration between Dr Ramakrishna Akella, Principal of KLH Aziznagar Campus, and Ms Sita Pallacholla, Chief Executive Officer of WE Hub Foundation. The partnership focuses on structured learning and industry exposure. It aims to help students move from academic learning to practical skills aligned with industry needs.
KLH Aziznagar Campus and WE Hub MoU for WE Enable Program
The WE Enable Program operates as a structured professional development pathway rather than a one time initiative. Through curated learning modules, industry mentorship, startup engagement, and virtual internships, the program allows students to apply classroom knowledge in real world settings. Therefore, participants gain early exposure to work environments, innovation driven business models, and startup ecosystems. This approach strengthens career clarity and workplace readiness among women students.
Commenting on the collaboration, Er Koneru Lakshman Havish, Vice President of KL Deemed to be University, highlighted the value of such partnerships. He said, “Strategic collaborations such as this are central to building an ecosystem where talent meets opportunity. By partnering with WE Hub, we are enabling our women students to acquire industry aligned skills, entrepreneurial orientation, and professional confidence at an early stage.” His remarks underline the institutional focus on skill based education and inclusion.
Meanwhile, Dr Ramakrishna Akella described the partnership as an important milestone for the campus. He said, “This collaboration marks a significant step in advancing women centric skill development and entrepreneurial preparedness, reinforcing the campus’s commitment to inclusive growth and innovation driven education.” He also noted that the cohort based engagement model integrates structured skill building with experiential industry exposure.
The partnership also supports the wider startup ecosystem. Startups associated with the initiative gain access to trained and work ready students who can contribute to live projects. Therefore, the collaboration helps bridge higher education and enterprise development while creating mutual value.
Later, the institution acknowledged the role of internal coordination in executing the collaboration. The program was implemented with the support of Program Convenor Dr Sai Sudha Gadde, along with faculty members and staff who ensured academic alignment and smooth coordination. KLH Aziznagar Campus continues to expand industry and institutional partnerships to strengthen experiential learning and future focused education.
