Hyderabad: KLH Global Business School on February 18, 2026 rolled out a structured Corporate Readiness Training programme to boost employability. The CRT Framework aims to prepare students for campus placements and changing corporate expectations. The institute said the initiative strengthens analytical skills, domain expertise, technical knowledge, and professional communication.
170 Hour CRT Framework Enhances Campus Placements
The CRT Framework includes a 170 hour module delivered in phased training cycles. It covers aptitude and logical reasoning, quantitative techniques, business communication, group discussions, domain assessments, and HR interview preparation. Moreover, the framework integrates mock evaluations and business simulations.
The training also includes technical tool orientation and structured feedback systems. Therefore, students receive measurable and progressive skill development. As a result, the structured preparation translated into 130 placement offers from leading national and multinational organisations.
Students secured opportunities in Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Muthoot Fincorp Group, City Union Bank, Hexagon, Broadridge, Berger Paints, Keka, S&P Global, GlobalData, and several others. The institute said the CRT Framework directly supported these placement outcomes.
Industry Aligned Training and Certifications
Students also received hands on training in business analytics and digital tools. These include MS Excel, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI applications. In addition, the programme conducted domain aligned simulations across marketing, finance, human resources, analytics, and business development functions.
Furthermore, students were encouraged to pursue globally recognised certifications. This step aims to enhance competitiveness in domestic and international job markets. The institute stated that the CRT Framework aligns academic learning with industry expectations.

Er. Koneru Lakshman Havish, Vice President, KL Deemed to be University, said, “Employment readiness is the outcome of sustained and structured preparation, not short-term intervention. In today’s dynamic employment landscape, continuous skill development, analytical competence, and strong industry alignment are essential to achieving consistent employability outcomes.”
KLH Global Business School said it will continue strengthening its structured and outcome driven career preparation ecosystem in Hyderabad. Through the CRT Framework, the institute seeks to bridge academic excellence with evolving corporate requirements.
