CRT Framework Boosts Employability At KLH GBS

170 Hour CRT Framework Enhances Campus Placements

The CRT Framework includes a 170 hour module delivered in phased training cycles. It covers aptitude and logical reasoning, quantitative techniques, business communication, group discussions, domain assessments, and HR interview preparation. Moreover, the framework integrates mock evaluations and business simulations.

The training also includes technical tool orientation and structured feedback systems. Therefore, students receive measurable and progressive skill development. As a result, the structured preparation translated into 130 placement offers from leading national and multinational organisations.

Students secured opportunities in Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Muthoot Fincorp Group, City Union Bank, Hexagon, Broadridge, Berger Paints, Keka, S&P Global, GlobalData, and several others. The institute said the CRT Framework directly supported these placement outcomes.

Industry Aligned Training and Certifications

Students also received hands on training in business analytics and digital tools. These include MS Excel, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and AI applications. In addition, the programme conducted domain aligned simulations across marketing, finance, human resources, analytics, and business development functions.

Furthermore, students were encouraged to pursue globally recognised certifications. This step aims to enhance competitiveness in domestic and international job markets. The institute stated that the CRT Framework aligns academic learning with industry expectations.
