The young woman, who was expected to settle down in life and get married, tragically ended her life, leaving her loved ones devastated.

According to initial reports, a love affair appears to be the reason behind her extreme step.

Police recovered a suicide note from her room, which is now a key part of the ongoing investigation. Based on the contents of the note, officials have begun a detailed probe into the circumstances leading to her death.

In the suicide note reportedly written by Komali, she expressed emotional turmoil and confusion.

Komali wrote that she was afraid to move forward in life, wondering what would happen if “he came back.”

Komali acknowledged that she knew she should let him go and understood that he was not truly hers. She also mentioned that he was not even trying to stay with her.

However, she admitted that a small part of her still hoped that one day he would choose her.

Komali wrote that moving on felt impossible because she kept imagining that if she walked away completely, he might return at that very moment. The letter reflected deep emotional pain, longing, and heartbreak.

Previous Suicide Attempt Six Months Ago

Komali had been staying at her uncle’s house in Manikonda’s Chitrapuri Colony and was pursuing a BSc degree at Malla Reddy University. During this period, she reportedly fell in love with a young man named Akhil Reddy.

Sources say that about six months ago, Komali had attempted suicide after Akhil Reddy allegedly tried to distance himself from her. At that time, family members intervened and resolved the issue.

Reacting to the incident, Komali’s mother alleged that Akhil Reddy had deceived her daughter. She claimed that while he told the family he was not interested in Komali, he continued to communicate with her privately. The family has demanded strict action to ensure that no other girl falls victim to similar emotional distress.

Police are continuing their investigation to determine all the facts surrounding the case. (Maxim News)
