The commander’s death is not just a war between the two countries, it is also shaking the global economy.  Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz, which accounts for one-fifth of the world’s oil trade, is now creating turmoil in the markets.  If supplies through this vital route are stopped, crude and natural gas prices around the world are sure to skyrocket.  While crude oil prices have already started to rise sharply in the international market, petrol, diesel and gas prices have increased in many countries.  (Maxim News)
