Patna/Hyderabad, April 14 (Maxim News): A key development has taken place in Bihar politics. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has resigned from his post. He reached Lok Bhavan and submitted his resignation to the Governor. Earlier, the last cabinet meeting was held and the dissolution of the cabinet was informed to his colleagues.
It is known that Nitish Kumar, who served as the Chief Minister of Bihar for almost two decades, was recently sworn in as a Rajya Sabha MP. On the other hand, the NDA alliance will soon select a new Chief Minister. The new government will be formed on Wednesday. It is reported that Samrat Chaudhary, who has been the Deputy Chief Minister till now, is likely to become the new CM.
