Hyderabad, April 30: The Telangana government has announced a 25 percent discount on LRS fee payment for applicants under the LRS 2020 scheme.
The concession will be available from May 1 to July 31 this year.
LRS Fee Payment Discount Details
The Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department issued orders granting the concession.
Officials said the discount applies to all applicants who had applied under the LRS 2020 scheme.
Applicants who are required to pay LRS charges as per the 2020 rules can avail this benefit.
The government aims to encourage pending applicants to complete their payments within the given period.
The concession covers both LRS fees and other applicable charges under the scheme.
Authorities clarified that the discount is time bound and will remain valid only until July 31.
Applicants have been advised to utilise the scheme within the deadline to avoid missing the benefit.
