Hyderabad, June 24: Day 4 of the Telangana Junior Basketball League delivered another round of competitive action at the Vijayabhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium, Yousufguda, as teams continued their push for supremacy in the state’s premier junior basketball competition.
The league, which aims to create a professional pathway for emerging basketball talent in Telangana, will continue until June 28 with matches scheduled daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Ranga Reddy Raptors Shine in TJBL Day 4
The opening match in the Under 15 Girls category saw Warangal Stallions defeat Ranga Reddy Raptors 52 to 38 with a disciplined all round performance.
In the Under 15 Boys category, Vikarabad Mambas secured a hard fought 90 to 81 victory against Nalgonda Speed Strikers in one of the highest scoring games of the day.
The Under 18 Girls contest produced another strong performance as Nizam Royals defeated Hyderabad Hurricanes 56 to 44.
The final match of the evening brought the biggest highlight. Ranga Reddy Raptors crossed the century mark in the Under 18 Boys category and defeated Warangal Stallions 100 to 76 with an attacking display that entertained spectators.

As the tournament advances, competition continues to intensify with young players gaining valuable experience through structured and high quality match exposure.
League action resumes on June 24. In the Under 15 Girls Pool B fixture, Nalgonda Speed Strikers will face Hyderabad Hurricanes at 6:00 PM. This will be followed by the Under 15 Boys Pool B clash between Warangal Stallions and Hyderabad Hurricanes at 7:00 PM.
