Vikarabad/Hyderabad, May 8 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has said that the entire country will look towards Kodangal for development . He stressed that Kodangal will be transformed into an education hub. He said that we are moving the state towards development with the cooperation of everyone. He said that we are working for the welfare of the poor. He explained that we are implementing many welfare schemes in Telangana. CM Revanth Reddy visited Kodangal in Vikarabad district today (Friday). The CM laid the foundation stone for the construction of a 430-bed hospital, the development works of the Daulatabad Venkateswara Temple and the Kosgi Venugopalaswamy Temple. Ministers Damodar Rajanarsimha, Vakiti Srihari and many leaders participated in this program.
CM Revanth Reddy addressed a public meeting organized there on this occasion. He said that it was a good fortune to reconstruct the Kodangal Sri Mahalakshmi Venkateswara Swamy Temple, which is known as the Tirupati of the poor. He said that this temple will be developed as the Tirupati of the poor of Telangana. He said that it is commendable that everyone has come together to transform this constituency into a paradise. He said that he is happy that the construction of the temple dreamed of by the Agama scholar Sundaravaradacharya is being supported.
Development in Kodangal
CM Revanth Reddy commented that the same type of worship is performed here as in Tirupati. He said that devotees from Karnataka and Maharashtra come to this temple. Due to this, Kodangal is gaining recognition in the country. He said that land acquisition for the Kodangal-Narayanpet lift irrigation scheme has been completed and there is no shortage of funds for the construction of this project. He said that land acquisition for this lift irrigation scheme has been completed. Permissions have been received and it will be completed within a year and a half. He clarified that the Krishna-Vikarabad railway line will be completed soon. He said that cement industries will be set up in the Rekulapadu area within six months and employment will be provided.
