Hyderabad, May 14: Mango pickle workshop by Telangana Tourism will be held in Hyderabad to promote traditional culinary practices and hands on learning.
The Telangana Tourism Development Corporation will organise the session at The Plaza, Begumpet on Saturday. The workshop will run from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.
Renowned culinary expert Sanjay Thumma will lead the session. Participants will learn authentic mango pickle preparation methods.

The session aims to revive Telangana’s culinary heritage. It will focus on traditional recipes and preservation techniques.
Participants will learn spice combinations and preparation steps. They will also prepare pickles under expert guidance during the session.
In addition, attendees can take home handmade pickles and recipe notes. All required ingredients and materials will be provided.
Officials said seats are limited for the workshop. Interested participants can register in advance to secure a slot.
