Internet/Hyderabad, May 27 (Maxim News): Currently, tensions are rising again in West Asia. While peace talks are being prepared on one side, military clashes between the United States and Iran have resumed. The superpower America has launched a massive attack on Iran. These attacks targeted Iranian missile launch sites and ships. However, Central Command Captain Tim Hawkins said that there is a threat to their country from Iranian forces, especially in view of the safety of two American aircraft carriers and large warships. In these attacks, it is reported that four Iranian soldiers were also killed on Lark Island, in addition to the destruction of the Bandar Abbas port.
At the same time, Israel also carried out airstrikes against the Iranian-backed Hezbollah militant group. In particular, at least 12 civilians were killed in attacks on the Lebanese city of Tyre. On the other hand, Hezbollah also announced that it had retaliated against Israeli forces. Direct talks between Lebanon and Israel were scheduled to take place in Washington in the next three days. But the situation has become tense as clashes have resumed.
Iran strongly condemned the US attacks. Tehran has denounced such attacks as evidence of America’s double standards and deceit while the negotiations are underway. It has made it clear that America should bear full responsibility for the consequences of these attacks. Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has announced that Iran is ready to destroy or hand over its uranium stockpile under international supervision.
