Hyderabad, June 23: The Telangana Housing Board has invited public suggestions to name its upcoming housing scheme planned in the CURE area within the Outer Ring Road limits of the city.
The initiative is part of the Housing Board’s plan to construct one lakh houses in the designated development zone.
Officials announced that the person suggesting the selected name for the scheme will receive a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh.
New Housing Scheme Invites Public Participation
Housing Board Vice Chairman Gautam said the public can submit name suggestions until June 28.
Participants can send their entries through the official Telangana Housing Department Instagram page.
The Housing Board expects the initiative to encourage citizen participation while creating identity and visibility for the upcoming housing programme.
The proposed housing project is planned within the CURE area and forms part of broader residential development efforts in Hyderabad.
