The panel, headed by Nagarkurnool MP Mallu Ravi, also advised stripping G Chinna Reddy of his post as Vice Chairman of the State Planning Board.
Committee Chairman Mallu Ravi and Vice Chairman Shyam Mohan submitted the formal investigation report to TPCC President B Mahesh Kumar Goud.
Mallu Ravi is scheduled to meet Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to detail the reasons behind the recommended disciplinary actions.
The panel initiated proceedings following controversial public statements made by Konda Surekha’s daughter, Konda Sushmita, targeting Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Additionally, the committee evaluated allegations made by Chinna Reddy regarding Assembly election ticket distribution.
Internal Inquiry Rejects Explanations Submitted By Leaders
Official sources confirmed that the disciplinary committee found the explanations submitted by both leaders unsatisfactory.
Panel members noted that Konda Surekha failed to distance herself from her daughter’s public allegations against the state leadership. Consequently, senior party officials classified the inaction as a direct violation of internal party discipline.
The recommendations have triggered intense political speculation across the state ruling party structure.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy previously stated that all party members must abide by the final decisions of the disciplinary committee and AICC high command.
The central leadership is expected to issue executive orders regarding cabinet modifications shortly following the high-level briefings in Hyderabad.
