NEET Paper Leak Case: Court to Decide on Charges on November 18
According to the details provided, the CBI registered a case in May 2026 and subsequently filed its first chargesheet in July, naming 13 accused. A supplementary chargesheet later named Sesha Rao Bajrang Suryavanshi as the 14th accused.

The court considered the chargesheets and heard arguments on the charges to be framed against the accused before reserving its decision.
The November 18 order is expected to clarify the charges under which the accused will face trial. The proceedings mark an important step in the legal process concerning allegations of a conspiracy to leak the NEET UG examination paper.
The alleged leak has raised concerns over the integrity of the medical entrance examination and the fairness of the admissions process. However, the allegations against the accused remain subject to judicial proceedings, and the court’s decision on framing charges will determine the next stage of the case.
