Indore Bomb Threats | Indore, Nov. 2: Three private schools and the Indore Mayor’s office received bomb threat emails linked to Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh’s scheduled concert in the city on November 15, police said on Monday, November 2.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajesh Dandotiya said the emails, written in Punjabi, threatened bomb blasts at the three schools and warned their managements against sending students to the concert.
Bomb disposal squads searched all three schools but found no explosives, he said. Preliminary investigations suggest that the threats may be hoaxes.

Dandotiya said the emails appeared to be hoaxes at first glance. The crime branch is examining technical evidence to identify the senders.
He added that appropriate legal action would be taken after the investigation.
The police officer also clarified that the concert organisers had not yet applied for police permission to hold the November 15 event.
