Anantapur, April 12 (Maxim News): TDP leader JC Diwakar Reddy revealed he received an invitation from rival BJP to join party long back. He however said that he would never join the BJP as his family has a rich history. He advised the central government to think about the issue of the postponement of the local body elections in the state.
He said that his request to respond on the rule of the state government was not enough for the latter to react on the issue. Commenting on the services rendered by police and health department staff, he praised that both departments were discharging yeomen services in the state. Reddy made sensational remarks earlier by stating that he would join the BJP if the CEntral government had taken over POK. He also recently met BJP national secretary Satya Kumar.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the development of the country was possible with national political parties. He said that the dominance of regional parties were coming down in the country. He however said that he would remain in the TDP till the regional parties existed in the state. (Maxim News)
