KCR Govt. Has Ignored Palamuru Rangareddy Project: DK Aruna

Hyderabad, Oct.18 (Maxim News): BJP National Vice President, D K Aruna today warned that the KCR Government has ignored Palamur Ranga Reddy project, and will face a, CBI probe.

She told a media conference that the BJP will write a letter to the Centre to order a CBI probe on alleged irregularities in irrigation projects in Telangana.

The BJP, she said will, urge the centre to conduct a CBI probe on Telangana irrigation projects. The government has swindled funds of irrigation projects in the name of design changes, she charged. She flayed that the police prevented them from visiting the pump house.

Aruna targeted the ministers and TRS leaders for not resigning to the posts as they opposed the pump house. The government ignored engineers suggestions and set up the pump house underground.

Aruna said that the TRS government made money by changing g designs and names of Palamur Ranga Reddy project, Chevella Pranahitha. She said the TRS leaders of previous Mahabub Nagar district of shame should feel shame on the pump house incident. The Government has to inform people as when the pump house will be restored. The state government failed to give DPRs of the projects to the apex council.

The city faces huge inundation though the government says of using Rs 12000 cr for transforming Hyderabad as the global city. If KTR spent Rs 67000 cr for the development, why is the city under waters she said and charged that the funds are misused. KCR confines to farm house when the people are facing difficulties of floods.

The minister KT Rama Rao is touring rain hit areas with chief secretary and officials, while KCR has failed to assess crops loss due to rains. (Maxim News)
