Hyderabad, Feb.1 (Maxim News): TRS MLC Kavitha said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is determined for welfare of backward classes in the state of Telangana.
National BC leader R Krishnaiah called on Kavitha and BC welfare minister G Kamalakar at her residence with a delegation of 47 BC associations in the city here. The BC leaders felicitated Kavitha and the minister and urged support for BCs empowerment.
Kavitha said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is for financial development of backward classes. Several schemes are implemented by KCR government, she claimed. All communities came in support of KCR during statehood movement. Kamalakar is making efforts for BCs empowerment, she noted.
Villages are developed through welfare programs in corona period. The minister said that KCR increased Gurukul schools to 261 from 19 which was so in the past 72 years.A workshop of all communities will be conducted soon to address their issues. The previous governments in combined AP neglected Telangana region. KCR government implementing welfare programs with huge funds, he added. (Maxim News)
