18+ Vaccination Stopped In Delhi Since Yesterday: CM Kejriwal

New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday held a digital press conference , the condition of Corona in Delhi and informed about the lack of vaccination. He told that due to lack of vaccine, 18+ vaccination is being stopped in Delhi from Sunday.

He said that vaccination centers would have to be closed for the age group of 18-44 due to the depletion of vaccine stocks. Simultaneously, CM Kejriwal has also given four suggestions to the Modi government at the Center as to how the number of vaccines can be increased. He gave the first suggestion and called all the companies making vaccines in the country and order India to make biotech vaccines.

According to CM Kejriwal’s second suggestion, all foreign vaccine companies should be allowed to use the vaccine in India immediately. Talk to all the foreign vaccine manufacturers from the Government of India and buy them and give them to the State Governments. If the Government of India will buy vaccines from them, then these companies will take Sirius to the Government of India.

Arvind Kejriwal gave his third suggestion and said that there are some countries which have accumulated more vaccine stock than necessary. The Government of India should request him to take back the vaccine. And according to the fourth suggestion, vaccine manufacturer companies should be allowed to produce in India. He said that there is an appeal to my central government that we should be given vaccine for the youth immediately and our vaccine quota should also be increased.

Giving information about the situation of Corona, Arvind Kejriwal said that the cases of corona in Delhi are steadily decreasing. He said that the speed of corona in Delhi has reduced and in a day it has come up to 2200 new cases.
