Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a review meeting with the Ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy and E Dayakar Rao, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar and officials here. He decided to reopen the educational institutions in the state from Sept 1 as corona cases and deaths were decreased drastically. Though online classes began for 9th class and above they proved of no much use to the students due to corona fear.
The classes were closed last March due to corona pandemic rise. Though planned to restart them recently, the government went back as the high court asked about the steps to contain virus spread in the state.
