KTR asks BJP leaders to compete with ruling party in developing City & fetch funds

Hyderabad, March 16 (Maxim News): Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development K Taraka Ramarao today called upon the people to join hands for development of Greater Hyderabad city. He said, “Let us the corporators of ruling party and BJP compete for development of the metropolitan city.” Stating that politics should be alive at the time of elections, KTR said the rival parties can explain to the people about the contribution of parties to the development of the city and the voters would decide whom to favour.

Referring to the permanent eradication of flood havoc in the City, KTR said if the State government take up flood relief works and spent Rs 1,000 crore, the Union minister concerned should bring Rs 10,000 crore from the Centre.
