Industrial and Machinery Expo | South India’s biggest B2B (Business to Business) Industrial and Machinery Expo kicked off at Hitex on Friday.

The three-day fare will go on till May 15. The expo, which is regarded as one of the biggest expo on Industrial Machinery and Engineering products post pandemic, was inaugurated on Friday morning by Uppal Srinivas, Chairman, TSTDC (Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation).

The Exhibition organised by IndoMach Business Solutions and supported by Powertex Power Tools, Hyderabad received overwhelming response. Over 125 exhibitors from across India and abroad are participating. Like human beings, even machines, tools, engineering products are designed smart, sleek and their appearance is more improvised, shared Sumit Porwal, Sudhir Bhole, Sachin Sharma and Manish Sinha, Managing Partners of the IndoMach Expo. Machines are competing with human beings in their smart appearance and their efficiency also improved many fold, they added.

Talking to the media after the inauguration, Uppal Srinivas said Telangana is an industry friendly State. Its industrial policy is well appreciated all over the country. The TS-iPASS, certification service to establish industries, manufacturing, and services, in Telangana, is highly appreciated.

The process which allows a single mechanism for doing business with the State, including obtaining required permissions within stipulated timelines, resulted in more investments coming into the State. He urged people to come forward and set up industry in Telangana.

The smart, sleek, efficient, beautiful looking, automated and intelligent tools, machinery is the hallmark of the three-day expo, which is considered as the biggest expo on machine tools in South India.

De Neers showcased giant size tools, Roots Multiclean displayed industrial, domestic ride on scrubbers, floor cleaning machines. Stanley Trucks displayed sleek folding, platform and hand trolleys.

The Exhibition is a showcase of Engineering Products and Services, Heavy and light Machines, Machinery Equipments and accessories, Tools and Part Technological Devices, Products, Engineering Tools and allied Products & Services.

Powertex Power Tools, one of the major exhibitors is a Hyderabad based company known as one of India’s power tools Suppliers. Its focus is “do-it-yourself” tools. India occupies 10th position in global machine tools production. Its share in global production is about 0.9 percent, informs IndoMach in a press note issued in the city today. The machine tools market in India is poised to grow by $1.9 billion by 2020-24, progressing at a CAGR of nearly 13 percent during the forecast period. India is set to become a key player in the global machine tools industry and is expected to see substantial increase in high-end machine tools manufacturing.
