KCR expresses grief over death of Mulayam Singh
Hyderabad, Oct.10 (NSS): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday expressed deep shock and grief over the death of Samajwadi party founder and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mulayam Singh Yadav.
In a release here on Monday, the Chief Minister said Mulayam Singh Yadav, a secularist, came into politics with the inspiration of great leaders like famous socialist leader Ram Manohar Lohiya and famous freedom fighter Raj Narayan.
KCR recalled that Mulayam Singh Yadav, who served as the Chief Minister for three times to the biggest State Uttar Pradesh and Union Minister, worked for the welfare of the poor and weaker sections throughout his life.
In a tweet, IT Minister KT Rama Rao too expressed his condolences to Akhilesh Yadav and his family.
“This is truly the end of an era in Indian politics,” he added.
Meanwhile, Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Ministers Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Mohd Mahmood Ali, Gangula Kamalakar, Harish Rao, Koppula Eshwar and Indrakaran Reddy, MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra, and State Planning Board vice-chairman Boinpalli Vinod Kumar also felt deep sorrow over the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav and conveyed their deepest condolences to his family members.
