Harichandan extends Deepavali greetings to people

Vijayawada, Oct.23 (NSS): Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan on the occasion of Deepavali Festival on October 24, in a message stated, “On this joyous occasion of Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, I extend my warm greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh.

“May the Divine Lights of Deepavali bring peace, prosperity and happiness to all. Deepavali symbolizes the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. The lights of Deepavali signify a time to destroy all our dark desires and thoughts, eradicate evils and gives us the strength and zeal to carry on with our goodwill. Festivals like these inspire us to conquer the dark shadows and build a society filled with peace, amity and communal harmony.” (NSS)
