Hyderabad, Sept 15 (Maxim News): Every year we see unique and different Ganesha idols. Ganesha appears in various forms like currency Ganapati, vegetable Ganapati. However, this year, Ganesha has become a special attraction in Begum Bazar, Hyderabad. This Ganesha idol, made of 24 carat gold and 3 lakh 83 thousand American diamonds, is impressing the devotees.
This golden Ganesha is being displayed in the Ganesha mandapam set up at the Lychee Pearl Set Jewelry Shop in Begum Bazar. Devotees are flocking to see and pay homage to the diamond-studded Ganesha. Ganesha, who is shining with gold glitter and diamond sparkles, is being worshipped with devotion.
Speaking to the media, Aadhar Agarwal, the owner of the jewelry shop, said that this year, this idol was specially made for Vinayaka Chavithi. He explained that for the last two years, they have been organizing Ganesh festivals in their shop. This time, they said that the idol was made to commemorate Dashavatar. He revealed that they took inspiration from the forms of Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai and Venkateswara Swamy in Tirupati and made this gold idol. He said that 8 experts worked hard for 8 months to make this idol. (Maxim News)
