Hyderabad, Dec 27 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has released the four pages  Abhaya Hastam application form related to the six guarantees that the Congress government is going to implement very ambitiously. This application has to be submitted in villages from December 28 to January 6.

The beneficiaries have to enter the name, gender verification, caste details, date of birth, Aadhaar number, ration card number, mobile number, profession, family members details.  Applicant’s full address, house number, street, village, municipality, corporation, ward number, mandal, district details should be entered.

Mahalakshmi scheme details, there is a period of financial assistance of Rs. 2,500 every month or not, Rs. 500 gas cylinder details to be given.  Gas connection number, gas company name, number of gas cylinders consumed per year should be given.

If you are a farmer or a tenant farmer, give the details. The pass book number of the graduate should be given.  The survey numbers and area details of the cultivated land should be entered.  Similarly, the employment guarantee card number should be entered in respect of the Rs. 12,000 given annually to agricultural labourers.

Financial assistance for house construction is available to eligible families who are homeless.  Martyrs and activists have to enter details of the 250 sq. yard house area. Martyr’s name, year of death, FIR number, death certificate number should be entered. Details should be given whether they participated in the Telangana Movement or not, if you have gone to jail, the name of the jail, the place, the details of the sentence, the details of the period of the sentence should be entered.

Under the Griha Jyoti Scheme, 200 units of free electricity per family per month, what is your monthly household electricity consumption? 100 units, 200 units, above 200 units should be entered.  similarly the current meter connection number should be entered.

Rs. 4,000 per month and Rs. 6,000 for disability pension under the Cheyutha scheme should be given below details (currently receiving pension no need to register a new application.  

In case of disabled persons, their certificate No. others should enter the details of Old Age Pension, Ethno, Line Workers, Weavers, Dialysis victims, aids Patients, Beedi Workers Living Allowance, Filaria victims, single woman Living Allowance, Beedi Tekedar Living allowance, eligible under which scheme to enroll.
