Hyderabad, July 2: The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday conducted searches at the properties of DSP Bheem Reddy following allegations that he possessed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The raids were carried out simultaneously at 15 locations, including Hyderabad, as part of the investigation.
ACB Searches at DSP Bheem Reddy’s Properties
According to officials, the ACB launched the operation after receiving complaints alleging that Bheem Reddy had accumulated substantial illegal assets.
Bheem Reddy previously served in the Hyderabad and Cyberabad Commissionerates. He is currently posted in the Computer Services wing of the Director General of Police’s office.
The searches were continuing at the time of reporting. Officials said further details would be available after the completion of the operation.
