After India, Anyone: When There Are Friends, Differences Are Natural: US Ambassador’s Key Comments

Delhi/Hyderabad, Jan 12 (Maxim News): US Ambassador Sergio Gore said that India is a very important partner for America. He officially took charge as the US Ambassador to India on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, Gore said that he will work to take the bilateral and trade relations between the two countries (India-US) to another level. He said that the friendship between the President of the superpower Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is true.

‘India is the largest country in the world. Trade is very important for the good relations between our two countries. Representatives of the two countries are constantly in contact to conclude a trade agreement as soon as possible. Mutual cooperation between the two countries will continue in areas such as security, technology, health and energy. For us, there is no one after India,” Sergio Gore said. It was revealed that India-US representatives will meet again on January 13 regarding the trade deal.

Speaking about the Trump-Modi friendship on this occasion, he said, “Differences are natural between true friends. They try to resolve them and move forward.” He said that Trump is likely to visit India in the next year or two. The US ambassador also revealed that India is being invited to join the PAX Silica alliance, which was formed under the leadership of the superpower for the supply of silicon.  (Maxim News)
