AIMIM Will Contest Karnataka, Rajasthan Elections: Owaisi

Hyderabad: As part of the AIMIM strategy to spread its activities in the country, the AIMIM President and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has announced that his party will increase its strength in Telangana. (However, he has not said whether it will contest more seats in Telangana or not) and also announced that his party will contest in the coming Assembly elections in the state of Karnataka and Rajasthan. This he has revealed on the occasion of the 65th AIMIM Formation Day celebrations at Darus Salam today.

As he declared the poll bugle for the Telangana Assembly he expressed confidence that people will reject the BJP and ensure peace prevails and the state continues its journey on the path of development.

He claimed that Telangana since its formation has seen rapid progress in all sectors, Its GDP is higher than the GDP of BJP-ruled states. The state is free from communal riots. There is both peace and development in Telangana. he said and asked the party cadre to effectively counter the hatred that the BJP is trying to spread in the state. (Maxim News)
