All Set For India Vs West Indies T20 Cricket Match Tomorrow

Hyderabad, Dec.5 (Maxim News): Rachakonda Police Commissioner Mahesh Bhagawat said elaborate security arrangements have been made for Friday’s T20 International Cricket Match between India and West Indies at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium at Uppal.

Speaking to mediapersons along with HCA president Azharuddin here today, Mahesh Bhagawat said the stadium will be under constant vigil with CC cameras and warned any mischief mongers of dire consequences. Stating that the match will begin at 7 pm on Friday, the CP said some 40,000 cricket fans could watch the match. He also said prohibitory orders were issued for the entire city on account of Black Day on December 6.

Mahesh Bhagawat said they have deployed 1,800 police personnel, including OCTOPUS, sniffer dogs, Traffic police personnel, platoons of Armed forces, Special Branch teams, SHE teams, CCS teams, Special Operations Teams and Mounted Police as a part of bandobust arrangements at the stadium. Parking arrangements were also made for the convenience of cricket fans, he said, adding that Metro rail services will be available till the match was over at 1 am on Saturday. (Maxim News)
