Awareness Programs To Improve Voting Percentage In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, April 30 (Maxim News): The Hyderabad District Election Officer, Ronald Rose has conducted voter awareness programs to improve the voting percentage. As per the programme, the authorities have conducted sweep programs at the field level and sensitizing the voters.

As part of that, voters are being made aware through various programs in all the assembly segments of the district. SHG members hold meetings with urban women’s federations, TLF and SLF and say that they should vote for whoever they like.

They are going door to door and putting up polling date stickers and distributing voter slips to create awareness.

In various areas of Secunderabad cantonment, in all zones under GHMC, in all assembly segments of Hyderabad district, sweep programs were carried out vigorously. Everyone is being educated to exercise the right to vote. PWD and senior citizens are being made aware of the app. They are promising that they will definitely vote.

They created awareness about the importance of voting, exercising the right to vote, how to check whether their vote is present or not in the voter list, knowing the polling booth, etc.

Vikrampuri, Karkhana Main Road, Bhasha Showroom, Vasey Bakery, Reliance Showroom, New Ashok Nagar, Parsigutta, Sanjeevapuram, at Toyota Showroom, Langar House, Bapu Ghat SBI, Nehru Nagar Community Hall, Tolichouki Banjara Darwaza, Mehdipatnam, Addagutta, Mettuguda, Buddha Nagar and other places, rallies, and meetings were held with the people under the slogan ‘I Vote for Sure’.

Voter awareness programs are being done intensively throughout the district and voters are being made aware of all the issues. (Maxim News)
