Bandi Sanjay questioned whether protesting democratically had become a crime under the present government. He accused the Congress of making itself a subject of public criticism through its actions.

Referring to the NEET issue, he said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was prepared to discuss the matter in Parliament. He challenged Congress leaders to participate in a debate instead of resorting to protests.
