In his letter, Bandi Sanjay used sharp words and asked, “CM Garu… do you have any humanity?” He questioned whether it was fair to trouble retired employees by not paying their benefits even years after retirement. He said such delays were unjust and painful for people who had already completed their service.

Bandi Sanjay stated that even after two years of retirement, dues remained unpaid. He also claimed that 61 retired employees have committed suicide due to the negligence of the state government. He asked who should be held responsible for these deaths. He raised this concern directly in his communication to the Chief Minister.

Meanwhile, the Union Minister questioned whether the state government viewed government and retired employees as non priority categories. He criticised this approach and described it as a stain on Telangana. He said it was unforgivable to subject retired employees, who should live peacefully in the later stage of life, to continued mental stress.

Bandi Sanjay further said that Telangana society had a strong humanitarian spirit. He said society usually thinks of helping the elderly, even strangers, when they face hardship. Therefore, he questioned why the government failed to show the same concern toward its own retired employees.

Later, the Union Minister expressed anger over what he described as the government’s failure to release all benefits immediately after retirement. He said the government should honour retired employees with dignity. He demanded that the issue be treated as a top priority and that all pending dues be cleared without delay.

He also issued a warning. Bandi Sanjay said that if the government failed to act, he would launch a massive agitation. He made it clear that he would not hesitate to stage a protest in the heart of Hyderabad until the government responded. He stressed that the government must act responsibly and resolve the issue at the earliest.
