BC Association Flays TRS And Congress

Hyderabad, May 14 (Maxim News): State BC Association General Secretary Dasu Suresh today flayed the two main parties, the TRS and the Congress, for giving importance to only one upper caste (reddys) in the selection of three MLC candidates for the local bodies constituency elections.

He took the two parties to task for totally ignoring the BCs and weaker sections and not allotting at least one seat to these sections. He felt that it went against the spirit of the Constitution and democratic principles. It was unfortunate that both the political parties have given tickets to only one upper caste candidates.
