Biggest Challenge for Mahesh Kumar Goud

For the new PCC President, there is a need to coordinate the party and the government and move forward. PCC Chief Mahesh Kumar Goud has the responsibility to put aside the internal differences in the party and bring the leaders together. In addition to this, local body elections will be held in Telangana soon. This election can be said to be a challenge for the new PCC chief. On the one hand, the Congress is saying that it is providing excellent governance and implementing the election promises, but the BRS is criticizing that the Congress is deceiving the people. The biggest challenge ahead of him can be said to be winning the upcoming local body elections.

The Congress party formed the government by winning the majority in the Telangana Assembly elections. From the first day of taking power, BRS started criticizing Congress regarding the promises given in the elections. On the one hand, if Congress is saying that all the promises are being implemented, BRS is criticizing them saying that everything is a lie. Apart from the Panchayat between the two parties, the verdict given by the people in the elections is proof of the performance of the government.  It has been ten months since Congress came to power.

Results of Local Body Elections Would Be Verdict of Congress One-Year-Rule

Local body elections are likely to be held within another two to three months. This election should be seen as the verdict of the people on the one-year rule of the Congress. In the Lok Sabha elections held after the victory in the Assembly elections, the Congress party won 8 Lok Sabha seats but failed to reach the target of winning more than 10 seats. BJP with 8 MLAs also won 8 MPs equal to Congress. This spread the word that people are not fully satisfied with the rule of the Congress party.

Every day, BRS working president K.Tarak Rama Rao continues to criticize Congress politically. At this stage, it has become interesting to see how the performance of the Congress party will be in the local body elections under the leadership of Mahesh Kumar Goud, who has taken over the duties of the PCC chief. On one side, Congress, on the other hand, BRS is trying to gain a foothold in local body elections. If the BRS wins more seats in the local body elections, there is no possibility of it becoming a problem for Congress. Even if the new responsibilities are assumed, the PCC Chief will have to be responsible for the results of the elections. It will be interesting to see what kind of results Mahesh Kumar Goud will achieve in the local body elections after solving the internal problems in the party.  (Maxim News)
