Speaking to media persons during an informal interaction, Ramachandra Rao said that voter dynamics in the constituency have significantly shifted, giving the BJP a clear edge. He cited previous voting patterns to support his claim.

“In the GHMC elections, Hyderabad voters moved towards the BJP. During the MLA elections, they leaned towards BRS. But this time, the tide has turned again,” he noted.

He pointed out that one key factor in this election will be the voting decision of AIMIM supporters, who traditionally hold sway in some parts of the Jubilee Hills constituency.

“It remains to be seen where the MIM voters go this time—whether they’ll back Congress or BRS,” he added.

Ramachandra Rao also emphasized the unity within the BJP, dismissing any speculation of internal rifts. He said that the state committee will ensure adequate representation of all social groups and communities.

“There are no factions in the BJP. We are united and committed to winning this by-election,” he declared.

The Jubilee Hills seat, considered a politically sensitive and diverse constituency, is drawing attention from all major parties as they gear up for what could be a closely contested by-poll. The BJP’s growing footprint in urban areas and its performance in previous local body elections have given the party momentum.

As the campaign season heats up, all eyes will be on how parties mobilize support and how swing voters and minority groups influence the final outcome.
