BJP Hits Back At Revanth Reddy Over Remarks On Party Leadership

New Delhi, July 1: The BJP strongly criticised Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy after his reported remarks targeting the party leadership, with BJP national spokesperson Prem Shukla claiming that the Congress government in the state faces political decline.

Prem Shukla reacted to Revanth Reddy’s comments concerning BJP national leadership and accused the Chief Minister of making political statements driven by arrogance. He also rejected comparisons involving Telangana and West Bengal.

Addressing the issue, Shukla said Congress leaders should reassess their political approach. He claimed that public support for the Congress would decline and asserted that the BJP aims to strengthen its position in Telangana ahead of future elections.

Shukla further said the BJP remains one of the world’s largest political parties and highlighted that the party governs multiple Indian states. He claimed the BJP would seek victory in the 2028 Telangana Assembly elections.

The BJP leader also made sharp remarks about Revanth Reddy’s political future. However, no official response from the Telangana Chief Minister’s office was available at the time of reporting.
