BJP instilling hatred to destroy country: Revanth

Hyderabad, Sept.21 (NSS): Coming down heavily on the BJP, TPCC chief and party MP A. Revanth Reddy today alleged that the saffron party was trying to instil hatred in the society in order to destroy the country. He said party leader Rahul Gandhi was holding his Bharat Jodo Yatra in order to counter hate-filled politics of the BJP by risking his life. He said the Yatra of Rahul Gandhi was also aimed at protecting the country from the hands of the BJP.

Addressing the TPCC general body meeting held at Red Rose gardens in Nampally here, the meeting passed a unanimous resolution urging Rahul Gandhi to take up the post of the national president of the party. Former MLC and Congress leader R. Ramulu Naik supported the resolution. AICC secretaries Bose Raju, Nadeem Javeed, MP N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, TPCC working presidents Mahesh Kumar Goud, M. Anjan Kumar Yadav, AICC programs committee chairman A. Maheswar Reddy, former ministers Shabbir Ali, G. Chinna Reddy, Marri Shashidhar Reddy, and others took part in the meeting. (NSS)
