Both Congress & TRS are same: Etala

Hyderabad, Aug.16 (Maxim News): Former minister and BJP MLA Etala Rajender today alleged that both the Congress and the TRS parties were one and the same. He predicted that the two parties would either join hands with each other before or after the elections.

Targeting Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Etala said several TRS party leaders were coming out of the pink party after getting fed up with the attitude of the CM. He alleged that the ruling party leaders were threatening those leaders, who left the party by filing false cases against them. He told the TRS leaders that the Telangana society would not forgive them if they tried to threaten the abandoned leaders of their party.

Rajender said the BJP was the only alternative to the TRS in the State. He urged the BJP leaders and workers to not lose their morale and added that the party would come into power if they worked hard in the upcoming elections. On the other hand, several TRS leaders joined the BJP in the presence of Rajender in Munugodu. Choutuppal MPP T. Venkat Reddy, former ZPTC and former TRS mandal president P. Buchi Reddy, former sarpanch Edla Mahender Reddy and former Mandal president of the TRS K. Laxma Reddy joined the BJP. (Maxim News)
