BRS Call Centre Overwhelmed With 25,000 Queries

Hyderabad, Aug 7 (Maxim News): The call center established by the BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) to assist farmers with loan waivers has been inundated with requests from across the state.

Flood of Applications

Party leaders reported receiving an impressive 25,000 applications within just 24 hours of the call center’s launch. The center was set up at the party’s office, Telangana Bhavan, to address concerns from farmers holding Pattadar Passbooks who have not yet benefited from the loan waiver of Rs 1.5 lakh.

New WhatsApp Initiative

On Monday, senior party leader S. Niranjan Reddy introduced a dedicated WhatsApp number, 8374852619, to streamline communication. Farmers were encouraged to submit their details through this number so that their cases could be escalated to the government for resolution.

High Volume of Queries

The response has been overwhelming, with more than 25,000 calls and applications received by the call center. Party leaders are committed to processing these requests and assisting farmers in ensuring they receive their entitled loan waivers. (Maxim News)
