BRS Has No Respect For Dalit Speaker: Arrogance Has Not Diminished Yet: Minister Seethakka

Hyderabad, Mar 13 (Maxim News): There is chaos in the Telangana Assembly. The war of words between the ruling Congress and the opposition BRS members has reached its peak. There was chaos in the House as BRS MLA Jagadish Reddy insisted on determining the powers of the Speaker and the rights of the members. Congress members were angry that Jagadish Reddy was acting disrespectfully toward the Dalit Speaker.

Speaking to the media in this context, Minister Seethakka made harsh comments about BRS. She was angry that the arrogance of the BRS leaders has ot diminished yet and that there is no respect for the Dalit Speaker.

She said that Jagadish Reddy is addressing the Dalit Speaker in the singular because he is a Dalit. She said that in the past, when Governor Narasimhan was there, he used to touch his feet. Seethakka said that BRS leaders have no respect for a woman governor and no respect for an Advasi President. Minister Seethakka was fired, saying that the arrogance of BRS leaders had to be diminished.

In this context, the Speaker adjourned the House for 15 minutes as the verbal spat between Congress and BRS members reached a peak. Congress leaders demanded the suspension of Jagadish Reddy, who spoke disrespectfully towards the Dalit Speaker. (Maxim News)
