As the first Chief Minister of the State, Chandrashekhar Rao had constructed the Sevalal Maharaj Bhavan in the heart of Hyderabad at a cost of Rs.25 crore. Additionally, he granted gram panchayat status to tribal hamlets. Rathod criticized the Congress government for neglecting tribals and not funding tribal corporations.

She accused the Congress of deceiving tribals with false promises during elections. The government had failed to provide overseas scholarships when Chandrashekhar Rao established gurukuls for tribals.

Rathod highlighted that the ST Welfare Department was under the Chief Minister’s jurisdiction, questioning the absence of tribal representation in the Congress government. Despite allocating budgets, the funds for tribals are not being utilized.

She urged the tribal community to recognize the difference between BRS governance and Revanth Reddy’s rule, emphasizing that only Chandrashekhar Rao’s leadership would benefit tribals.
