Cashless Travel In The TSRTC Buses Soon

Hyderabad, Sept 13 (Maxim News): The convenience of traveling with cashless payment will soon come in all types of TSRTC buses. i-Tims devices will be made available on all the buses including Palle Velugu, and City Ordinary, With this, passengers can pay their ticket price and travel in buses with debit and credit cards as well as Google Pay and Phone Pay.  

Presently, on an experimental basis, Bandlaguda Bus Depot has been selected as a pilot project by TSRTC officials.  Preparations are being made to use i-tims in all 145 buses including ordinary and metro in the depot.  After implementation at Bandlaguda Depot, it will be implemented at Cantonment Depot.  Later, the operation was designed to be introduced in 8,300 buses across the state in a phased manner.  (Maxim News)
